From the 29th of September you will no longer find us at our George Street address - after ten years in this beautiful space, we will be transitioning into a new way of connecting with our clients.

It's national healthy lunchbox week! A balanced lunchbox can help improve learning behaviour outcomes, focus and our energy levels. What we put in our bodies has a significant impact on our daily experience.

For example, having a luncbox filled with sugary, processed foods may increase excitability followed by irritability and lack of focus later in the day, which of course is not conducive to learning or productivity!
