Keep your neck in a neutral position to reduce strain and prevent tech neck.
✨ 2. Pull your shoulders back
Keep your back flat against your chair. This supports your spine’s natural curve and helps prevent slouching.
✨ 3. Keep feet flat on the floor
Avoid crossing your legs or ankles. Proper lower body alignment supports your whole posture.
Small daily habits = major spine health wins 🙌
