“I used to eat fast food 3–4 times a week. I’d never trained in a gym. I honestly believed fitness just wasn’t for people like me.”
That was me 9 months ago.
I was tired all the time. I felt stuck. Every time I thought about making a change, I’d talk myself out of it. “I’ll start next week.”
“I’m too unfit.”
“What’s the point?”
But something in me snapped. I didn’t want to live like that anymore.
I reached out to Break Habit. It was terrifying. I thought I’d fail. I thought I’d quit like I had in the past.
But this time… I didn’t.
I showed up.
Week after week.
Through sore muscles, tough days, and self-doubt.
I learned to lift weights.
I stopped eating junk food.
I lost 10kgs.
But the biggest change?
I became someone who doesn’t give up on herself anymore.
Last month, I did something I never thought I’d do in my entire life…
I completed my first TRIATHLON.
And I did it with pride. With strength. With joy.
Because I trained for it. I earned it. I became it.
If you feel like it’s too late or too hard — I promise you, it’s not.
You just have to start. One decision. One habit. One day at a time.
