This Saturday morning I am running a CPR and first aid refresher course in Falcon. A fast-tracked practical assessment with online learning prior to attending class.

-HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 1hr
-HLTAID011 Provide first aid, 3hrs

Both are nationally recognised certificates that meet workplace requirements.

This training is not suitable for a first time learner, more for someone who has trained in first aid previously and needs their existing qualifications updated.

Myself and group of intrepid friends are hiking to raise funds for the National Heart Foundation in October.

As the leading cause of death in Australia, it’s both a great cause, and a great opportunity to take in the beauty of a section of the Coast to Coast Walk in WA’s south west.

Our goal as a team is to raise $2000 for this amazing organisation.

Preserve Life are running a fast-tracked CPR Refresher this Friday morning, 26th July at 9.30am in Falcon.

If you, or anyone you know needs to update their HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, let them know. It is a quick and easy way to get the annual qualification required in many workplaces.

Participants are required to have completed First Aid and/or CPR training within the past three years. Online learning prior to attendance is required, with just a 1hr face to face practical assessment on Friday.
