soul and your health
Our physical body houses our Astral body (the body of emotions, sensations, passions and desires) and our Soul.
Depending on how you have lived your life and how grounded you are β the soul in combination with your sense of Self will either be β¦..FULLY inside your physical body β in which caseβ¦. you will experience a sense of strength, solidity and confidence.
β¦.Or - the soul and your I (sense of self) can be in your body up to your pelvis β which will cause you to feel ungrounded, wishy washy, have difficulty with following through with what is important for you and feel like you need to be busy all the time etc.
You may also have challenges with your hip area, lower back, knees, ankles and feet.
You may feel extremely vulnerable and insecure in your life about who you really are and what you believe and stand for.
Your Soul could also be seated in your body in your throat area.
This can make you feel: disconnected, numb, distant, frozen, negative, uncommunicative, depressed, obsessed, addicted, easily angered, judgemental, critical, in pain, stiff etc.
On a physical level you might have headaches, neck, back pain, become overweight or underweight etc.
So this is why itβs so important that we start to understand who we truly are and his thing work within our being.
We also need to befriend our bodies. Itβs too simple to just say that we need to become grounded. As there are reasons why we donβt want to connect with and be in certain parts of our bodies which carry past pain, trauma and a host of beliefs, emotions, points of view and decisions we have made.
