I was truly honoured to contribute a chapter, through the lens of the Pilates method, to The Pelvic Diaphragm: Treating Pain and Dysfunction from a Global Anatomical Perspective, recently released by Julie Hammond, Director of Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand.
This is a remarkable achievement and an important contribution to our field—it brings together a depth of knowledge and perspective that supports a more integrated understanding of the body.
Congratulations Julie on the release of this book, and thank you for your vision, leadership, and for including me in such a meaningful project. 📚
