Exercise pictured: Long Back Stretch.
Part of Joe’s Reformer repertoire it comes after Elephant and before Stomach Massage.
This is a strong exercise and takes consistency and dedication to understand. Because, as we know, the choreography isn’t the point AND the point of the exercise is relevant to the body in front of you. The GOAL of every exercise is the same. MOVE from your centre! That’s it ❤️
