It’s so hypocritical, me posting this in the first place 🤦‍♀️ but I had to go off the radar. My mental health is more important. I just wanted my life/work balance back as well as trying to re-gather my marbles. I wanted to see if I’d still be busy if I didn’t post so much. To not feel the pressure of being better than yesterday’s me, who’s perfectly fine until socials make me feel less than. Feeling I’m lacking if I don’t keep up.

Patience is at an all time zero.
Stop putting pressure on us.
Stop making us feel we’re not good enough if we’re not viral.
Pushing the fear of fading into oblivion if we’re not constantly online.
Booked and busy is good enough, I don’t want to spend spare time proving my worth.
Many of us are mothers running a household, dealing with life’s curveballs and have enough on our plates.
Leave me over here, just chilling doing my best to pay the bills.
I don’t want to have to perform like a monkey just to be seen.
Yes I think it’s either a full moon or I’m in some kind of hormonal rage 😡 Nonetheless, this is unapologetically me.
