Yeah some days you can’t be bothered with following the rules 👎 . Holidays break your routine, mess with your diet, disrupt your sleep pattern and sometimes you just can’t be bothered 😕
But get back on that horse 🐎 and never stop starting afresh. Great skin needs all of the things. Sleep 😴 , good gut nutrition 🥗, rest and not stress, exercise (even if 10 just minutes a day), H2o💦 and a good skin routine ✨
