A message for the beginners on the spiritual path!!......There will be moments in your spiritual journey when your inner and outer awareness suddenly shifts!..You may feel more sensitive,more alert,more connected,or more switched on than usual!!...This is not something mystical or dangerous.......it is simply an attunement!.....what is an attunement?....An attunement is when your frequency rises,and your body,mind,and energy adjust that new level!......When this happens,you might notice changes such as: heightened senses........ stronger intuition......clearer perception........ expanded awareness.......faster manifestation.......more sensitivity in your nervous system.......deeper emotional or energetic clarity!.....This doesn't mean anything is wrong with you.......it means something within you is activating!!!!.........why does it feel strange at first??.......... because you're not used to that frequency yet!!...it's like stepping into a brighter light -- your eyes need a moment to adjust!!! Don't fear it.......don't label it as mystical, fantasy, or something to worry about!!.....See it for what it truly is:: Your system learning to operate at a higher level!!......How to handle it ........ instead of resisting or doubting it: slow down..... breathe......allow it........let your body adapt......stay aware, not afraid!!!......Each time you go through this process, your system becomes more stable, more attended and more capable!!!!!........Every upgrade prepares you for the next one. As you continue,your frequency will rise again and again!!.......Each rise brings more clarity.......more sensitivity......more connection.........more inner strength!!!!....
The journey is not about becoming someone new!!!......It's about remembering the deeper version of who you already are!!!
