We’d like to let you know that our psychologists, Tess and Nadia, now have availability to support clients through Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
✨DBT is an evidence-based approach that helps people:

✨Build healthy coping strategies for stress and urges
✨Strengthen relationships and communication skills
✨Develop greater calm and balance in daily life
Sessions are available in person at our clinic, or conveniently via telehealth.
