Finding the right psychologist can make a meaningful difference.

Our team of psychologists currently has capacity to welcome new clients, offering thoughtful, evidence-based support across a range of needs and life stages.

Tess, Matthew, and Panashe work with adolescents and adults, supporting concerns such as emotional regulation, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Their approaches draw on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, and are grounded in collaboration, compassion, and person-centred care.

Together, they offer therapy that is practical, reflective, and responsive, supporting people to build understanding, resilience, and strategies that fit real life.

At All Round Wellness, our Behaviour Support Practitioners work collaboratively with individuals, families, and support networks to deliver person-centred, ethical, and evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support.

Our team brings experience across psychology, community and disability settings, SIL environments, and complex presentations. They focus on developing practical, respectful strategies that support autonomy, dignity, and meaningful outcomes in everyday life.

With a strong commitment to collaboration and consistency, our practitioners work alongside each individual to understand their needs, strengths, and goals, ensuring support plans are both considered and responsive to real-world environments.

Together, the team is dedicated to creating support that promotes safety, wellbeing, and a more stable, fulfilling quality of life.

All Round Wellness is seeking a Clinical Assistant – Behaviour Support Team (0.8–1.0 FTE).
This is a fully remote role, supporting both our Behaviour Support and Psychology teams — with one day per week dedicated to front office reception (also remote).
This position is ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident working behind the scenes to keep clinical services running smoothly.
The role includes:
✔️ Data analysis and reporting support

✔️ Client scheduling and coordination

✔️ Resource development for practitioners

✔️ One day per week front office reception (remote)

✔️ Social media management support
You’ll be working alongside a well-established Peel-based clinic with strong systems, clear leadership and a collaborative team culture.
