The power animals of Peru begin to work their medicine with you long before you begin your journey with the Munay Ki and call you back to Peru

Mama serpent and jaguar did not appear physically to us on our recent Peru retreat, but were defiantly guiding our ceremony work and supporting us to let go of our past and step into our medicine

Every glimpse of these beautiful birds reminded us that our spirit journey encourages us to rise above our human drama and rise into our greatest power

Such a gift to see these gorgeous birds in person in Peru and the joy was huge to witness

An important part of my retreats are the ceremonies we hold for healing our Earth offering our energy and gratitude

When we call on the spirits of water, fire, air, earth - we connect with the parts of ourselves that seek wisdom, answers, healing

In this ceremony we are honouring and connecting with the water spirits, to send healing throughout the waterways and to prepare to receive the 13 th rite of the womb

Magic all around us

It’s not an easy path we choose as spiritual leaders, teachers.

It takes a lot of faith and self awareness and self discovery, to trust your connection to spirit and pachamama- it takes presence and trust to ask the Universe and ancestors for answers and then follow their response

I’ve always craved stability and structure - well I thought so, those of you who know me well, know that letting go of control is a life lesson for me!

Seems spirit has other ideas for me as I continue to shift, change and physically move from one home, one town, one state to the other.

13 months ago My human self sat upon the earth in ceremony in Peru and asked what next- and was guided to pack up and head from the East coast of Australia to the west- and soak up family and a new state of being. I’ve had the absolute joy of meeting and expanding my soul community and am so blessed to have been welcomed with open hearts

Last month on the full moon, I again sat on this ancient land and said- spirit what next?

Guess what!?!

I’m guided to do it all again and move back to the Sunshine Coast!

And so the journey home begins!

My 10th move in 8 years!!

I’ll be back in December and will be hosting my two day soul alchemy immersion event- because I can’t be the only one who needs some support with all the changes a spirit life brings?!,!

So logistically;
I need your help-

I need a new home- near beach any where on Sunny Coast, but my heart yearns for Coolum and I need a new car and am also open to house and pet sitting while I wait for the perfect home to show up

Racking up frequent flyer miles and trusting the next footsteps forward

Can’t wait to see you Sunny Coast and to my Perth tribe- I’ll be back every few months to host events, trainings and my retreats

Feeling untethered lately?

Wow! Just wow!

This is spiritual activation captured in the moment being held in a portal of pure spirit

As we gathered on Apu Veronica, to receive our sacred misah khipu- I felt myself drift into a trance state and leave the earth beneath me for a moment or more.

In the space that I journeyed to I was reminded of how powerful and important our own spiritual healing and ceremony is in order to create and live in a world of Ayni

When you catch your first glimpse of Machu Pichu, your breath catches and your heart has a little flutter as though the hummingbird has nestled beneath your skin

The air around you feels fresher and clearer and the sky above seems even bigger

As you begin your climb upon this sacred ruin, each step connects you to this sacred land and the history that lives in the earths DNA

As you gaze at the mountains and valleys holding this magnificent ruin- you are in awe of this beautiful land and the ceremonies they have been held here- ceremonies for the land, her spirits, Apu’s and her people and animal communities

You offer a silent prayer of gratitude and honour and The water spirits, earth spirits, fire spirits and air spirits hear your prayers and return them in Ayni- sacred reciprocity

The history, stories and memories this sacred place hold become yours and you feel yourself becoming one with the secrets and mysteries of Peru and her people

It is such an honour that I’ve have walked these lands and shared them with others and I’m forever grateful that receiving and working with the Munay Ki rites has led me to creating and holding sacred ceremony and retreats in Australia and Peru

I believe that we are called to journey with the Munay Ki and to walk the lands of Peru - will you walk this path with me?

Life changing! That’s how I describe these little life wave patches-

After a 6 mth illness last year that would not shift-i desperately reached out to Natasha Zuvela for help

She got me ont the x39 patches and i was cough free adter a week and not a sniffle for 8 months!

When i got got sick again on Peru with same cough I had patches with me and the cough tool few week’s to go
