There comes a moment in your life where the discomfort of where you are begins to outweigh the fear of where you could go.

That quiet knowing… that whisper in your soul… it’s not there to haunt you, it’s there to guide you.

Growth doesn’t come wrapped in comfort. It asks you to release, to trust, to step into the unknown without guarantees. And yes, that can feel overwhelming. But staying in the same place, repeating the same cycles, silencing your truth… that slowly dims your light.

The healer does not heal you.

A true healer is not someone who “fixes” you, rescues you, or takes away your pain. A true healer is a conduit.
They hold a safe, sacred space where your soul feels supported enough to soften, open, and remember the wisdom that has always lived within you.

The truth is this…

The real healer has always been inside you. The body knows how to repair.
The heart knows how to release.
The soul knows how to realign.
Sometimes life, trauma, grief, and experiences cause us to forget this.

We disconnect from our intuition.
We silence our inner voice.
We begin to believe that the answers must exist somewhere outside of ourselves.

Traditionally used by Indigenous communities of South America, Palo Santo (meaning “Holy Wood” in Spanish) comes from a tree that grows in Peru, Ecuador and parts of the Amazon.

But what many people don’t realise is that authentic Palo Santo is only harvested after the tree has naturally fallen and rested for several years. During this time the wood develops its powerful aromatic oils, the very oils believed to carry its cleansing and healing properties.

When burned, Palo Santo releases a warm, grounding scent with notes of citrus and pine. Spiritually, it is believed to:

After 3 weeks of COVID/flu knocking me flat… I’m finally starting to feel human again 🙏✨

10 days in bed, bronchitis, sinusitis, endless coughing, runny nose — honestly felt like the co**se bride for a while there 😅

The cough is still hanging around (of course it is 🙄), but today… I’ve got my Sunday morning coffee in hand and that feeling of coming back to life ☕️

Never taking the simple things for granted again. Fresh air, a clear head, and this little moment of peace.....
