How eloquently beautifully said 🙏🙏

When you heal, the peace you feel is a sense of wholeness. When you are no longer fragmented; your vibration is resonating in a unified, connected way, harmonising with the life field itself. You are connected both inwardly and outwardly. This unfolds as a staged process: first, the inner world must heal its misconceptions before it can recognise itself as part of the greater whole.
There is a profound stabilisation in knowing the truth, holding the truth, and being the truth. In this knowing, the human body and mind begin to release, allow, and relinquish their attempts to manage and control what they were never capable of controlling. It was an exhausting and impossible task.
The realisation that you are part of a magnificent and majestic whole—one that operates in perfect synchronicity and harmony without any effort on your part—brings immense relief. The illusion of separation was never meant to be comfortable. Through its discomfort, you were meant to exhaust your choices and ultimately realise that you are, and always have been, what you were seeking.
