Falcon Grove Medical Centre is a family friendly and patient orientated practice just 10 minutes south of Mandurahs city centre. Established for over 20 years we strive to provide the highest standard of care to the people of Mandurah and its surroundings. Falcon Grove Medical Centre has 5 doctors all with special interests in a variety of fields, including women’s and mens health, childrens health, orthopedics, mental health, emergency medicine and much more. We are thrilled to welcome Dr Toby Jackson to Falcon Grove Medical Centre. Dr Jackson graduated from the University of NSW in 2011 and has a special interest in travel medicine, child health and chronic disease management. Dr Jackson enjoys being outdoors, surfing, football and skiing. Dr Jackson will be working between Falcon Grove and NSW.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr Wesley Naidoo to the team! Wesley is the principle chiropractor and director of Coastal Recovery Chiropractic and will be consulting from FGMC from July 2022 💥

Wesley has extensive knowledge and interest regarding the musculoskeletal system, sports injuries and generating rehabilitation programs. His treatments can include:
