We have had some enquiries about starting a fitness class targeted at strengthening core muscles and providing a full body workout tailored to your needs. Next Saturday the 17th we will be running a free trial of FUN FITNESS! This class will be a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people while working on your strength and endurance!💪

Please bring along a yoga mat, water bottle and wear your activewear.
