As an RMT, I focus on identifying the source of your pain, not just masking the symptoms. To help you maintain the results between your massage sessions and fight ”desk posture,“ here are 3 quick stretches for those desk-bound shoulders:

1️⃣ Chin Tucks: Helps with ”Tech Neck.“ Sit tall and gently tuck your chin in (creating a double chin) to realign your cervical spine.

2️⃣ Doorway Chest Stretch: Opens up tight chest muscles from slouching. Place your arms on the door frame and lean forward gently.

3️⃣ Upper Trapezius Stretch: Gently tilt your ear to your shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds to release built-up neck tension.
