We Are Hiring - Support Coordinator
Type: Casual with opportunity to go part or full time
Hours: Flexible, primarily 9amâ4pm Monday - Friday.
Days and Hours can be negotiated.

The Role
As a Support Coordinator, youâll work alongside participants to help them get the most from their NDIS plans. Youâll provide a mix of remote and in-person support, with a strong focus on building relationships and ensuring choice and control for every participant.
Key Responsibilities
·Coordinate and implement participant NDIS plans
·Connect participants with appropriate services and supports
·Monitor progress toward participant goals
·Maintain accurate records and compliance with NDIS standards
·Collaborate with participants, families, and service providers
About You
·Experience in NDIS Support Coordination or a related field (desired)
·Excellent communication and organisational skills
·Commitment to participant choice, dignity, and cultural safety
·Able to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
·Willingness to travel
Additional Requirements (or willingness to obtain)
· First Aid Certificate
· NDIS Worker Check
· Working with Childrenâs Check
· NDIS Worker Orientation Module
· Driverâs License
