Simple changes - having one less drink during the week, picking a takeaway option with a few more veggies, including a bit more physical activity in your day, or even visiting your GP if you have concerns about your mental health – can really make a difference to how you feel.

Many think that “exercise” means spending hours at the gym, but physical activity can be as simple as playing a game of backyard cricket with the kids.
