The past few days, Iโve been feeling a little under the weather, and itโs been a reminder of just how important it is to nurture the connection between mind and body. At this busy time of year, self-care is everything!
Hereโs what I focus on to feel better:
๐ง Hydration: Plenty of water to flush out toxins.
๐ฅ Nutritious Meals: Fueling my body with wholesome foods.
๐งโโ๏ธ Mindfulness: Taking a moment to breathe, reset, and centre myself.
๐โโ๏ธ Skincare & Self-Care: Working on the outside is just as important as the inside.
