How do we help teen boys grow stronger - inside and out? 🥊ðŸ§
For the past two weeks, I’ve been working with students at Hammersmith Academy - combining boxing-style movement with real conversations about mental health, resilience and what it means to show up as a young man in today’s world.
Here’s what we’re teaching 👇
🔹 Get moving - physical action reduces stress and builds confidence.
🔹 Make it safe to speak - silence doesn’t heal what they’re holding.
🔹 Give emotional tools - naming how you feel is strength, not weakness.
🔹 Build small routines - daily habits improve mood and focus.
🔹 Show them role models - young men become what they see.
