We watched the documentary yesterday and it gave me inspiration to write this post.
It is all about growing and following the bliss which I find really similar to the instinct. You know when you have this little voice in your head that pushes you to go in one direction or when you have butterfly in your tummy when you think about an exciting plan ahead.
Well, most of the people ignore it, it is much more simple to trust the way the society wants us to be rather than following this “thing” that we don’t dare listening because it is unknown.
We must travel in the direction of our fear listening to our instinct more often. This little voice made me travel by myself, meeting amazing people all over the world, bumping into souls that made me feeling at home. I know it’s not easy to change your life even though your instinct brings you in this direction but you have to remember that making a change in your life is not permanent (most of the time). I don’t have regret because I trust my instinct, it never brand me on the wrong way and I have grown so much since I’m listening at it.
Our body and our mind are powerful tools that we must take time to observe and understand.
Everyday I feel so grateful for being able to live in a safe environnement where I can chose what I do with my time, I feel so lucky to be on this planet 💙

I was wondering what is THAT thing that makes us love summer more than winter (for most of us...), well I think I found the answer and it is linked to a condition I have since a few years, psoriasis.
So yes the sun plays a big role on our mood but more importantly we are touching the ground, the soil, the grass, the sand much more than in winter. Check it out, how many times in a day your feet touch the nature (without shoes)? If none then spend at least 15min touching the ground, it helps reduce inflammation, it realigns your body, it empowers your immune system & much more. How simple is that 💚
To come back to psoriasis, I found out that 2 months with no shoes touching the ground everyday - earthing - for most of the day was the way to heal.
In Australia we are pretty lucky because we can be barefoot almost everywhere. We can shop barefoot and the ground is clean. I know it’s not the case everywhere and most of the time in cities it’s actually quite hard to find a part of the ground that is not concrete. There is a solution, you can buy or watch a YouTube video to make your own grounding mat. How crazy is that: if someone is barefoot in the grass and you’re not but you’re holding hands then you are also grounded. It works the same with a special wire, you connect the ground with a special cable, you touch the cable and you will be grounded. Check it online “how to create my own grounding mat” or at earthing.com.

Daily connection with the nature allow me to keep calm & patience and help me to see more clearly what is my life about. Quite a similar feeling as meditating :)
〰️
🇫🇷 Être connectée avec la nature tous les jours me permets de garder mon calme et ma patience et m’aide à voir plus clairement ce qu’est ma vie, ce qui s’y passe. Un sentiment similaire à celui que j’ai quand je médite :)

Up for a little meditation? Practicing this mudra will make it more powerful.
The chin mudra is a psychic gesture of consciousness. It is performed the same way as jnana mudra, except the palms face upwards.
When the index finger touches the thumb, a circuit produced which allows the energy that would normally dissipate into the environment to travel back through the body and up to the brain.
When the palms are facing up, the chest area is opened up. You may experience this as a sense of lightness and receptivity, which is absent in the practice of jnana mudra.
〰️

E A R T H I N G is... walking barefoot on the grass / soil /,sand, swimming in the ocean, taking 10 minutes of sun everyday, being aware of the sky, the moon, the stars.
Being grateful for all the different ways to connect with the beautiful nature we have access to on Earth 💚
〰️

Slow your mind ✨
Being isolated is a good time to reflect on ourself.
Try to be aware of your thoughts and your breathe: “what am I thinking about?”, “am I breathing deeply & slowly with my abdomen?”.
Noticing it, without judging it.
This practice will allow you to change the way you’re thinking and calm yourself down when feeling stressed.
〰️
Slow your body ✨
Try practicing slow movements with conscious breathing for 15 minutes everyday. Playing with balance and intuitive movements.
Strength will come with regular practice & consistency rather than with powerful & fast training.
〰️
🇫🇷 Ralentis ton esprit ✨

Did you know you can practice calm?
〰️
I listened at an amazing podcast about it from and here is what I learn from it.
〰️
What is practicing calm?
Prospective, mindfulness and the ability to manage emotional reactivity.
Think about how many times you spoke too fast and regret it!
〰️
Here is what can help you when you’re facing anxiety.
1. Try to be slow to respond and quick to think. Ask yourself “do I have all the information I need to emotionally respond?”
2. Stay mindful about the effect that calm have. Do you want the person to who you respond to feel nervous or calm?
You can count to 10 before answering or you can say “let me think”. Practicing emotional non-response works really well in some overwhelming situations.
3. Take a deep breathe. Why rushing, take the time to listen, to breath and to answer.
4. Here are two questions you can ask yourself when you’re anxious and want to calm down:
- Do I have enough data to freak out?
- Will freak out help the situation?
〰️
If your body is agitated then practicing yoga asanas will definitely help you 🧘🏽‍♀️

𝗝𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗱𝗿𝗮 is a psychic gesture of knowledge.
〰️
Why practicing mudra?
The hand mudras redirected the prana - the energy - emitted by the hands back into the body. Mudras which join the thumb and index finger engage the motor cortex. They generate a loop of energy which moves from the brain down to the hand and then back again.
〰️
How to do it?
Assume a comfortable meditation posture. Fold the index fingers so that they touch the inside root of the thumbs. Straighten the other three fingers of each hand so that they are relaxed and slightly apart.
Place the hands on the knees with the palms facing down.
Relax the hands & arms.
〰️
You can now meditate redirecting your energy into the motor cortex at a very subtle level.

Today the moon is in scorpio, a fire element. Good time to create heat in your body with this simple breathing exercice.
〰️
Kapalbhati breathing technique has a cleansing effect on the lungs and is a good practice for respiratory disorders. It balances and strengthens the nervous system and tones the digestive organs.
It also energises the mind for mental work and remove sleepiness. Great to practice when you wake up and feel a bit cold :)
〰️
How?
- Sit in a comfortable position, the head and the spine straight.
You can place one hand on your abdomen and one hand resting on your knee. Or both hands on your knees.
- Relax the whole body, exhale through both nostrils with a forceful contraction of the abdominal muscles. The following inhalation will take place passively, involving no effort, just relax.
- Practice this technique rapidly for 40 times.
- At the end exhale completely the air remaining in your lungs, close your eyes, relax and observe any feelings.
If you feel a bit dizzy just stay where you are with your normal rhythm of breathing.
- Repeat this round another 2 times if you feel good.
