When we think of rest, we often think of sleep. But holistic wellness requires active rest - a wakeful state of deep relaxation where healing happens. Through meditation, we learn to release the grip of anxious thoughts, through sound healing, we let vibrations wash away physical tension stored in the body. Together, these practices create a sanctuary.
