This workshop expands our spiritual resourcefulness in the face of a finite life. What really matters to you most?

* Uncover your conscious and unconscious fears of death and dying through a customised meditation.

* Putting pen to paper connects hand with heart, we will do a writing exercise that uses poetry prompts to unblock our fears.

* Make your own herbal elixir, specific to the intentions that arise from the creativity exercises. Taking your elixir daily will transform your unconscious blocks and support your transformation.

Do you need support around grief, fear, or courage? Do you work in the Death Space and need tools to support the work you do?

Talking about death is often seen as morbid but contemplating death is a tool for countering fear and empowering you to live in alignment with your values to have a fulfilled life.

Very excited to be stocking the handmade hydrosols from

Renae grows the white sage on her farm which is a stones throw from her Canberra apothecary. She then uses her beautiful copper alembic to brew up these magical hydrosols. I’ve been lucky enough to help her on occasion! It’s very fun!

Hydrosols are also known as floral waters and are made using steam distillation like many essential oils. Less concentrated and so more sustainable!

White sage is known for its potent energy clearing action, most indigenous cultures use a sage coloured leaf for energy clearing, like sage, eucalyptus. They have even scientifically proven that smushing with these leaves makes for cleaner air.

Tea experiments! Had a delicious tea recently and trying to replicate it. and . My first attempt had a bit too much cinnamon! This blend is great for allaying sugar cravings (spearmint and cinnamon) and Hibiscus makes it a pretty pink and will help lower elevated blood pressure. ☕️

My Chinotto bitters are back in stock, very small batch only 6 bottles remaining. All of my are great for stimulating all aspects of digestion and this blend has lovely warming spices like cardamom, cinnamon and allspice. Great for those who lack digestive fire and need soothing for any spasms. As a cocktail enhancer this blends goes well with whiskey! Slàinte!

I won the lucky door prize at a seminar this week 🎉🎉🎉

Providing affordable and accessible herbal medicine consultations is important to me and so winning a prize like this means I am able to support people on the who have lower incomes with some great products too.

I offer short medium and long consults which is mainly based on your health needs, ie short consult for an acute infection like a cold or medium length for review your annual blood tests or a long consult if you have a chronic health condition. However it also allows me to accommodate people who have a lower income and who want a personalised herbal medicine brew. I can safely get you started with a short consult.

The had taken off with all the recent rain so the secateurs came out this morning and & I were busy this afternoon stripping and whizzing up the fresh plant and macerating it! Such illuminous green from fresh plant extracts 😍😍😍

This weekend I’m running a pessary making workshop. We will be making two types of pessaries, one with a water/gelatin base and one with an oil/beeswax base. You will go home with what you make and some moulds to get started.

Clinic hours update:

When I was on holiday 3 weeks ago I broke my fibula so my mobility is currently hampered. I have Teagan helping me in the dispensary Mondays and Wednesdays so that is the best time to get your herbs dispensed. Unfortunately I am unable to drop orders to Manly at the moment.

Phone /telehealth consultations are best for me at the moment and you can find my availability on my healthbank calendar, link in my bio and on my website.

I will update my hours in mid December when I next see my doctor.
