Revive Your Vibe offers Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Remedial, Prenatal, Reflexology and Sports massage. I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage with QAcadmey, Brisbane. Since then I have started an at Home Massage Business, which is located in Manly, Brisbane. I also work from a treatment room at Ignite Yoga & Pilates Cleveland. Both Treatment rooms provide a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere for the physical, spiritual and emotional well being. During your treatment, I will work with you to help identify and improve your presenting complaint through the appropriate assessments. I will provide personalized treatment plans and will assess each client's movements before and after a treatment to note improvements. As a self-care enthusiast, I may offer home care suggestions to help with increasing strength and flexibility through specific movements. I am a result focused therapist who believes that with the right knowledge shared we have the power to influence our own body awareness. My treatments include a combination of Myofascial release, Soft tissue, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Passive stretching and Muscle Energy Techniques. I will work with you to help achieve balance in the body.
