Because let’s be honest… when something tastes like dessert and supports your goals, it’s a win all round.

Protein isn’t just a “gym thing.”

It’s essential for muscle repair, recovery, keeping you fuller for longer, stabilising energy, hair, nails, bone structure, brain and memory, organ & hormone function, and helping your body actually adapt to the training you’re doing.

If you’re training but not eating enough protein, you’re basically asking your body to perform without giving it the building blocks to do the job.

Preparation.

Having meals ready to go means you’re far less likely to skip meals, grab something that leaves you starving an hour later, or underfuel your day. Prepared food = better consistency, better energy, better performance.

❤️ A little realness about online coaching for a moment.
Instagram can make it look like it’s all perfectly lit gym selfies, highlight reels, and overnight transformations.

The truth? Coaching — real coaching — is so much more than that.

Behind the posts there are hundreds of messages, check-ins, voice notes, program adjustments, problem solving, life updates, wins, setbacks, and the kind of honest conversations that actually help people change their lives.

Some weeks my clients are flying — hitting sessions, feeling strong, routines clicking into place. Other weeks we’re navigating sickness, stress, busy jobs, kids, grief, travel, self-doubt, and everything else life throws in the mix. Both of those weeks are part of the process.
And that’s the real work of coaching.

I’m not a big fitness conglomerate with automated replies and generic programs sent to thousands of people. I’m a small business, and every single person I coach is a real human being I genuinely care about.

I read your check-ins.
I notice the little wins.
I adjust things when life changes.
I celebrate with you when things go well.
And when things feel hard, I’m right there helping you navigate it.

You deserve to know that when you invest in coaching, there’s an actual person on the other side who cares about your progress, your health, your mindset and your life outside the gym too.

The wins are incredible — seeing someone grow in confidence, strength and self-belief will never get old.
But the real magic?
It’s showing up together through all of it.
The good weeks.
The hard weeks.
And every step forward in between.

📍When you come from the place of I GET TOO.... because trust me there are many, many people who would give anything to be able to walk, train, lift, and move like we can.... your whole perspective shifts.

This is a privelage.

Movement is a privelage, not a right!

Dieting is a choice and a privelage. In a world where starvation is STILL a thing in some parts.

Free gym time is a privelage.

Ageing is a privelage, not a right!

Honest truth... you must be a little "selfish" to put yourself but into health for your kids, for your 1...ONE body you get. For your partner.

And im not saying do a bodybuilding comp here... just start or keep getting healthy, strong, more able and bigger bone mass for YOU!

This is why I do what I do. STRONG IS THE WAY 🙌

Padma. She’s 75. And she is STRONG

Padma told me what she can do now:
✨ Change and shake her doona without pain
✨ Get up off the floor using just ONE hand
✨ Squat down to pick things up with more ease, speed and stability

No aches. No fear. No hesitation.
Just confidence in her body again.

I structured her training around building strength into the things that were most important to her. Upper body overhead, back muscles & strength, reaching and pressing. Goblet squats, db lunges, leg extension and leg press. Low to high, sit to stand, pick things up and all around her knee problem.

This is what strength training really gives you — independence, dignity, and freedom in everyday life. Not just muscle… quality of life.

Age is not the limit. Weakness is optional.
And Padma is living proof that it’s never too late to get stronger 🖤

Food - iIt’s connection, laughter, memories, and sitting around a table with people you love.

Yes—our goals matter.
And no—this isn’t a free-for-all where you feel awful after.

But it is okay to enjoy the Christmas ham.
Have a drink or two.
Say yes to dessert.
Be present.

One meal, one day, even one week does not undo your progress.

The magic part?
You simply… get back into it.
No punishment.

A huge number of people are here to grow —grow shape, grow muscle, grow confidence, grow presence, grow boundaries, grow into a version of themselves they didn’t even know existed.

They’re here to build shape, build curves, build strength, build resilience, and take up the space they deserve.
And here’s the fun part:

when you focus on building, fat loss naturally becomes a by-product.

Why?

Because muscle is metabolically active — it burns calories even at rest. The more muscle you build, the higher your daily energy burn becomes.

You literally turn your body into a more efficient engine.
No starving.

No shrinking yourself.

The story you needed to hear 🙌💪 drown out the crap, get to the real stuff, and know that it's VERY possible.

Jess and I have much more to go, but we always look at how far we've come rather.

you know how proud I am of you, in so many more ways than the weight lost here. This journey of yours was so much more, and you're smashing it.

Thank you for allowing me to to walk this with you, done the right way, not the quick way!
