LIVE FIT THRIVE started as a personal training business for new mums, that I launched when my daughter was 5 months old. Now she's 2 1/2 years old, LIVE FIT THRIVE has evolved, much like we have in that time! I'm still a personal trainer and passionate about wellness which has lead me to discover doTERRA essential oils; their amazing qualities and incredibly diverse uses. My exposure to these awesome little bottles of goodness has given me the passion to educate & empower as many other people as possible, to either start to use oils or to introduce them to more ways that they can use them in their lives. There are just so many amazing things to learn about doTERRA and the fantastic oils that they produce - let me chew your ear off and tell you all about it, so you can be as excited as me!!!!

I marvel at the little lady that you are - at the kindness, love, laughter & joy that you bring to our lives & to those that have the pleasure to be part of yours.

Somehow I blinked and you’re 7….

How did this happen? It’s said many times that once you have children time flies past & it’s so true, it’s hard to keep up. But know this my beautiful daughter, I treasure every single second in your presence. I marvel at the person you’re becoming & I wonder how we managed to create such a well rounded little lady. You truly are a joy, the light of my life & my most precious achievement.

Never stop being you, keep perusing your dreams & know that I’ll be there to lift you up and pick you up whenever you need me.
