Shining star staff Craig and Cheryl have been busy the last few months updating their training. Both have completed their Mental health first aid training & accreditation. They also attended a Mental Health Awareness- Psychosocial hazards training.

Hi all,

I would like to inform all Shining Star Support Service clients about an important structural change. Due to our business growth and the risks associated with operating as a sole trader, Shining Star Support Services is now a company. We are now Shining Star Support Services PTY LTD. You may notice a slight change in our name and an updated ABN number on your invoice statements from your plan managers.

What does this mean for you? Nothing changes. You will continue to have the same shifts, and our friendly staff are still here to support you. Cheryl's role has changed from owner to Director. There is no action required on your part, as I have already informed your plan managers of these changes.

Our phone number, emails and web page remain the same.

We thank you for being part of our growth and look forward to continuing to provide you with the same friendly services.

Miss C has been volunteering at the op shop for awhile now with assistance from her Support workers. Last week she helped out for the first time behind the front counter. Learning new skills and serving customers! A big thank you to the staff at the op shop for giving Miss C this opportunity.
