Beyond EP offers exercise therapy, rehabilitation, modern pain & stress management, breathwork and meditation, as well as corporate wellbeing.

See us for help managing pain, injury, illness, disability or other movement concerns. We will create a custom treatment plan to suit your needs, availability and budget. We accept referrals from Medicare, DVA, NDIS and WorkCover QLD and our services may be covered by your private health insurance. Check out our breathwork classes for a modern spin on mindfulness. We often run sunrise or sunset beach breathwork classes - all info is on our instagram . Our other services include workplace wellbeing presentations, ergonomic in-services and online programs (The Beyond Chronic Pain Guide and The Complete Nervous System Reset Program).

Beach breathwork is back baby!!! Saturday’s, 7am @ Yorkeys K**b beach 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Our first class will be this Saturday the 31st May.

What to expect:
• 1 hour class (7am-8am)
• Gentle movement and mobility
• Beginner-friendly breathwork & meditation
• Nervous System regulation tools
• Chilled, modern & friendly atmosphere
