JEAN HAILES WOMEN’S HEALTH WEEK 2025 🌼

It’s that time of year again and we’re so excited to bring our much-loved annual event back to the LouFit Studio for a night of connection, conversation, and all things women’s health 💛

We’ve proudly supported Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week for 7 years now, this year being our 8th, and every single one has been special.
It’s always such a warm, welcoming night filled with real stories, practical tips, and honest chats around physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

This year’s theme? Say Yes to You.
Because sometimes, that’s the bit we skip.

And we’re thrilled to introduce our two amazing speakers for 2025:
✨ Lisa Maltman – Sleep Connection – why quality sleep beats quantity every time (and how to get more of it)
✨ Dee Mawson – Nutritionist, Gym Owner & Busy Mum of 3 – how to stress less at dinner, nail healthy lunches, and make food fit your life

✨ Save the date: Thursday 4 September

🎟️ Tickets on sale NOW $15 — but be quick, they’re limited! Link to purchase in the comments .

💛 $10 from every ticket goes to Jean Hailes to support women’s health research + education

🛍️ Every guest gets one of our epic goodie bags (because we love a take-home treat!)

So proud to be running this event for the 8th year — it’s real, it’s meaningful, and it’s one of my favourite nights of the year 💛 xx
