These frozen treats are proof that nourishing can still feel indulgent!
Made with whole, simple ingredients and naturally sweetened with dates, they’re the perfect little afternoon reset.
they’re super easy and delicious - this will make about 6
for the base 1/2 cup of almond meal
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 tbsp butter or ghee
1 tsp cold pressed coconut oil blitz up in a food processor, then push the dough evenly into deep silicon ice cube trays
dough should be around 2cm thick.
break dates in half (remove pip) spread out and flatten on top of the base melt 50 grams of dark cocoa with 1 tsp of butter and spread over the top of the dates add toasted coconut and a pinch of sea salt across the top 🍫
