The Falls Creek Ice Plunge challenge sees daring individuals attired in fancy-dress take a plunge into the icey waters of Rocket Valley lake, all in in name of fundraising to support Fight MND and people living with Motor Neurone Disease.

On the day you'll be able to:
🐝 Scan one of Bumblebee's QR codes and make a direct donation to FightMND.
🐝 Take a photo with Bumblebee and upload it to social media (and don't forget to tag us 😉).
🐝 Have a yarn with the people behind Bumblebee for MND, as we can't wait to meet our supporters!

Well, it's been an age since I posted anything ! Life gets busy and things ( such as social media!) take a back seat. However, I have been noticing that people are coming down with all sorts of illnesses and viruses because we have been tucked away in our own little cocoons for the last few years and have avoided being exposed to normal germs and bugs so our immune system has not built up the capacity to fight them . Yes, the world has lost a legend.
Chumpy ( Alex) Pullin.
And a legend you were. My mind goes back to the first time I met you with your Mum, Sally. A darling little boy! The community of Mansfield and Mt Buller watched you grow, achieve and inspire us, and you took us on your incredible journey.
What a privilege to have been part of your life.
I loved our talks and the times you would turn up with a new song for me to listen to. There was never a doubt in my mind that you would achieve greatness.
We will cry a million tears and more. We will remember you with smiles too. You always had that beautiful smile on your face.
We will remember your love for your family,friends,community, the natural world. Your excellence with your sport and your incredible music. Your songs were mature beyond your years.
Never losing sight of the devastating loss your family is going through.

Hello all! I hope you are finding plenty to do to keep yourselves occupied and healthy. With this cooler weather upon us, now is the perfect time to be making soups and casseroles to nourish our bodies and souls. I thought I'd better keep you up to date with what is happening at The Healing Exchange. Even though the government has indicated that Massage Therapists can resume working if we feel it is appropriate, I want us all to stay safe so, when I feel the time is right, I will be contacting all those clients whose appointments had to be cancelled and re scheduling with them. After this has been done, then I will be opening up appointments for more clients. I will let you know when we get to this point. When you do come in for a treatment, rest assured that I will be taking all precautions to keep us both safe.
In the meantime, I still have a good range of stock available to maintain your immune systems including KI Immune, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Armaforce, and UD Mushroom Complex and the Clinical Range for whatever ails you. If you need anything just ring me to order and I will leave on verandah for you to pick up. Take care and stay safe.

Hello to all my valued clients, I hope your are keeping safe and well during these trying times. With the situation changing almost daily concerning COVID-19 I would ask:-

(1) That if you have respiratory or flu like symptoms of any sort and severity (including, but not limited to, mild sinusitis, cough, shortness of breath), with or without fever, that you contact me by ‘phone and cancel your appointment

OR

(2) if you have come into contact with anyone undergoing a 14 day self isolation period, with or without international travel (including confirmed and unconfirmed COVID-19 cases), that you ring and cancel your appointment.

I continue to stock the Bioceuticals range of products and within the confines of social distancing will be able to provide these as usual. Sales by EFT can also be arranged for those who would prefer this method. Please ‘phone for advice.

I will continue to keep you all updated as the situation progresses

Wow! It has certainly been a while since my last post, and a while since I ventured into a supermarket. ( I have my trusty Girl Friday for those nasty chores!) So you can imagine my surprise when I saw the empty shelves! For those who are concerned that we will be impacted by this virus, please just maintain good hygiene practices , washing your hands often, is a good place to start, and as we are heading into the colder months, boosting your immune system will help you ward off any viruses doing the rounds.
