How lucky were we to have the wonderful Bec share her experiences with us this week.
Bec is a recipient of the prestigious Churchill Scholarship, Bec shared with us a rich collection of stories, traditions, and perspectives from the international death care. Bec is the founder of the Australian Home Funeral Alliance and president of the Natural Death Advocacy Network since 2020. We have Several our Rosehaven team attending a workshop with her over this coming weekend, we are looking forward to the knowledge they will return with 💜🦋

Driver Needed – Make a Real Difference

At Rosehaven, we’re looking for a team of compassionate volunteer drivers to help support members of our community getting to important medical appointments.

Many of these trips are not just quick drives — they can be up to 2 hours each way — and for the people we support, having someone reliable and kind behind the wheel makes all the difference.

This role is about more than transport… it’s about:
✨ Providing comfort during what can be stressful days
✨ Offering a friendly face and a listening ear
✨ Helping people feel cared for and not alone

If you enjoy driving, have a few hours to spare, and want to give back in a meaningful way, we would love to hear from you.
