I like to start each day fresh and not carry the issues and negativity forward with me. It leave me room to bring abundance into my life... it may not always work, but when it does I feel energized and ready to take on the world!

I remember my parents asking to to 'think about things' whenever I came to them with a problem as a child, and that habit has stuck with me through to adulthood. I find that if you ponder a situation or challenge, you can usually come up with a solution all on your own. Granted it doesn't work for everything, but this attitude leaves me feeling empowered, confident, and less likely to be reactive.

We're big believers in dreaming big! If you have high hopes and you only get half way there, you could achieve more than if you set yourself smaller more manageable goals... don't restrict your growth. Don't be afraid of failure, making mistakes is what helps you grow and gives you the tools to make that pipedream attainable. Never give up! We believe in you!

We were discussing our mantras today, and the core of where these affirmations come from, and many deal with shrugging off other peoples expectations or opinions. Like the quote goes 'what people think about me is none of my business.' I think that there is always a positive, a learnt action, skill, or mindset that comes from adversity and negativity (or negative people)...

When I was moving states in a difficult part of my life, it threw me in a tailspin, I needed make a new direction for my life. Feeling a little lost, and not knowing what to do, I started to explore different opportunities that I would have never otherwise considered. It's always interesting where life can take you if you stay open to possibility. I am happier now that I ever have been.
