What are you still holding onto that your body is ready to release? 🍂
As autumn arrives, it invites you to slow down, soften, and let go — not just physically, but emotionally too. True healing isn’t always about adding more… sometimes it’s about releasing what’s been weighing you down.
Try this:
• Journal what’s been on your mind and body lately
• Identify one habit, commitment, or thought pattern to release
• Ask yourself: what would letting this go look like? (e.g. having a conversation, setting a boundary, changing a routine)
• Take one small action to release it — speak it out, write it down and let it go, or consciously choose differently
• Support your body with warm, nourishing foods and gentle movement
• Create a daily moment to slow down and reset
