The Wisdom of a Little Soul 🤍

There is something sacred about the unfiltered wisdom of a child -
words written without performance,
without masks &
without the world’s heaviness.

Today I found a page tucked quietly between my daughter’s notebooks -
a handwritten list of reminders about dreaming, trying your best, being kind & knowing you are loved & beautiful no matter your age.

It stopped me in my tracks .. because this is the wisdom we spend our adult lives trying to relearn & return to -
through healing,
through spirituality,
through awakening -
self-worth without comparison,
effort without fear &
love without conditions.

Children are still so close to the truth -
they write what we meditate to remember.

The smallest hands sometimes deliver the biggest transmissions -
And, today my heart received a little soul teaching in pencil from my own little oracle & I felt every word.

💫 Cosmic Initiation 💫

We are moving through one of the most potent energetic gateways of the year & our lifetime.

Neptune crossing into Aries is the spark of a new spiritual cycle -
the dream becomes the mission.
What once lived only in the soul now asks for courage in the physical world.

Saturn in Aries, preparing to meet Neptune, is the reality check & the embodiment point.

✨ 5 Years at The Soul Nook, Marburg ✨

Me.
This space.
These walls.
This calling.

Five years officially facilitating, holding space, listening deeply & walking alongside souls in moments of reflection, healing & becoming.

This journey began with a loving nudge from a dear friend - an act of trust that opened an entirely new chapter for me; to that special soul - thank you. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of growing within this sacred space alongside the beautiful owners of The Soul Nook — Taryn & the girls, Pauline & Bella & .. now Bec, Pete, Evie & Kirra. Through change & evolution, this place has continued to hold us all.

To every soul who has sat with me, allowed me to read their soul’s journey, shared their story, trusted me with their vulnerability, or simply paused for a heartfelt chat - thank you.

To those who follow, support & walk beside me - your presence, time, energy & trust mean more than I could ever fully express. I truly could have not done this without you.

You are woven into my journey & I hold that with so much love & respect.

Hello lovelies!

Here is a gentle tarot reflection from little old me, as I decided to shuffle the cards for today’s message .. and it’s all about when change occurs ..

Sometimes a decision looks simple on the surface - a purchase, a move, a new direction. But tarot reminds us that beneath practical choices, there is often deep energetic meaning.

🃏 Ace of Cups - the desire to feel renewed,
🃏 Ace of Wands - a spark returning, momentum rebuilding, &
🃏 10 of Wands (reversed) - releasing heaviness, choosing a path with ease.

This isn’t about escape.
It’s about lightening the load.

The jumpers spoke even louder:

♈️ Neptune Enters Aries - 26 January 2026 to 29 March 2039

A New Energetic Era Begins

Neptune shifts signs on 26 January 2026, closing a long spiritual chapter that’s been shaping our inner worlds since 2011 & opening an entirely new one we haven’t experienced since the mid-1800s.

For years, Neptune in Pisces had us dreaming, surrendering & trusting the unseen - expanding intuition while blurring boundaries. Beautiful, yes. Confusing at times, also yes.

Now, as Neptune completes its final degrees of Pisces, the fog thins. Clarity arrives without the fantasy filter. It’s dissolving illusions. Less tolerance for BS.

Then comes the ignition.

Now .. Neptune in Aries (26 Jan 2026 – 21 May 2038, final return 21 Oct 2038 – 29 Mar 2039) sparks a bold, long-term spiritual cycle. Not subtle - a ‘true’ ignition. Neptune in Aries awakens the spiritual pioneer: courageous, self-led, acting from soul rather than external authority.

Spirituality now becomes neurological: insight needs muscle memory, intuition needs a nervous system that can respond, not freeze. This era moves us from diagnosis to treatment - no more endlessly naming the wound without committing to rehabilitation. The dream is no longer sedated or immobilised = it’s brought back online, spine upright, reflexes engaged, ready to stand & move. Healing requires participation, not avoidance. Action becomes the medicine.

During Neptune’s last Aries transit (1861–1875), Australia saw post-gold-rush upheaval, rapid population growth & major innovations like the Overland Telegraph (1872). Old identities fell away as a new collective story emerged.

Clarity comes through movement, not overthinking.
This era isn’t about waiting for signs.
It’s about becoming the signal.

Less floating.
More doing.
Less fantasy.
