I am a Gestalt Therapist with many years of experience in the mental health field. My passion is Self Care, Connecting with Community, Resilience, Authenticity and Groupwork.

In our family drumming group today, we learnt about Anger. What it is, how we do it and some wonderful examples of how to take care of ourselves when we are angry.

Tonight's Marburg group was learning about our professional identity. As well as some fabulous drumming 🪘

Marburg Therapeutic Drumming Group meets on a Monday night from 6pm-8pm at The Green Shed, 108 Queen Street, Marburg. $25 for 2 hours of drumming, learning and connecting with other like minded folk.
Drums provided.

Rosewood Seniors Drumming Group runs each Monday (except public holidays) from 1pm-3pm.
$10 each per session.
Drums provided.
Uniting Church Hall, John Street Rosewood. Lots of parking out the back.
