Drumming for fun and good mental health. As your Therapeutic Drumming Facilitator, I am trained in Drumbeat, Rhythm to Recovery and Drum Circles.

I am a Gestalt Therapist with many years of experience in the mental health field. My passion is Self Care, Connecting with Community, Resilience, Authenticity and Groupwork.

Amazing morning drumming with the ladies from the Rosewood Women's Group. Biggest group I have run so far, approximately 30+ women. Beautiful stories, learning and drumming. 🪘☺️

Huge thank you to the Lockyer Community Centre for giving a small business a go. Today was the last day of Therapeutic Drumming with Von from Eleven Drums.
