If you have a cold or flu or cough this time of year and live in sunny Queensland then things in your body are.NOT right !
I suggest the following ASAP
Sun bathing
Sea swimming
Sun gazing
Sleeping north. And then south
Energy prayers the same .

Mullein leaf tea for lungs
Roast dandelion tea for so many benefits
Milk thistle
Burdock root tea
Hibiscus tea
Astragalus tea
Hawthorn tea
Peppermint tea
Oregano leaves
Juniper berry
One star anise
Boil in large pot of water

No dairy!
No wheat
Limited alcohol if any
No red meat
Lots of red fruits
Lots of cucumbers and celery leaves

Steam your head with hot water and towel over the top in a sink with a few drops of oregano essential oil and clove essential oil .

Todays discussion is about BRAIN function and Brain issues and thoughts .
Did you know your liver makes and stores cholesterol and also detoxes your body then this also occurs in your brain actually which is a secondary detoxing organ that also can store a lot of energy and cholesterol so you can recall thoughts that actually reside in your spirit body!
Then toxins come out via your lymph system and are expelled via skin , armpits and. Bathroom visits . So if someone has bad Body odour or bad breath they have a lot of toxins in their bodies .
