Kaz first discovered yoga in her 20’s, practicing under the old bowls club in Peregian, to the sounds of the kitchen above them!
“It was a very different yoga to what I practice now. Over the years, I’ve had a love-hate relationship with yoga, until rediscovering the practice at Marcoola Balance Yoga”
Karen says yoga has quietly changed her life~ not in grand, overt ways, but through small every day shifts that make a big difference.
“I love how yoga invites compassion and grace for yourself, and it’s something you can gift yourself each day”
Karen’s favourite pose is hard to choose, but Child’s Pose is always her ‘anchor’ 💛

~ She’s fascinated by anatomy and how beautifully the human body works.
~ She gives a great massage 😉( Karen is also a massage therapist)
