Join Sylvana for an intuitive explorative shoulder flow designed to gently improve mobility, stability and freedom through the upper body. Together we’ll move through poses such as:

✨ Dolphin Pose
✨ Cow Face Arms
✨ Downward Dog
✨ Wild Thing

These shapes help to:
• Release tightness in the neck, chest & upper back
• Improve shoulder mobility & posture

Many of us carry tension through the shoulders, neck, and upper back from work, stress, or time spent sitting and looking at screens. In this gentle class, we’ll use yoga blocks and supportive props to safely explore shoulder mobility, improve alignment, and release built-up tension.

Through slow, mindful movements and breath awareness, the body begins to soften and open, helping you move with more ease in daily life.

Return to the Heart is a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and come back home to yourself. This Hatha yoga class creates a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with the heart the centre of love, compassion, self-worth, and emotional balance.

Through slow, mindful movement and conscious breath, this practice encourages you to listen deeply to your body and honour where you are, just as you are. Rather than striving or pushing, we move with kindness, curiosity, and acceptance, allowing the body and heart to open naturally in their own time.

Designed especially for beginners (and for anyone craving gentleness and grounding), this class focuses on simple postures, gentle stretches, and steady breathing to calm the nervous system and cultivate inner safety. As the body softens, the heart begins to open. As the breath deepens, the mind finds space to rest.

This practice is an opportunity to reconnect with self-love, build confidence from within, and gently release tension held in the body and the emotional heart space. Each movement becomes an act of self-care, each breath a reminder that you are worthy of presence, softness, and love.

Strong legs, steady core, open hips

Tonight’s Vinyasa class is all about building strength and mobility through warrior poses and gentle twists helping you feel more stable, supported, and connected through your whole body.

Warriors fire up the legs and glutes, support hip stability, and build confidence in your stance.
Twists wake up the spine and core, improve posture, and help release tension we often hold through the lower back and hips.

This combination is powerful for:
• Improving hip mobility
• Building core strength
• Enhancing balance and body awareness
• Supporting better posture in everyday movement

Expect a steady, flowing sequence with options to modify or challenge yourself, finishing with time to slow down and reset the nervous system.
