Have you met Sylvana?

Sylvana Miller from Yoga on the Farm is a highly experienced wellness practitioner with over 21 years of expertise in yoga, self-care, and holistic healing.

As a registered Senior Level 3 Yoga Instructor, she specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Myoyin Yoga, integrating movement, breath, and mindfulness to support physical and emotional well-being.

In addition to her yoga teaching, Sylvana is a qualified Bowen therapist, Thai massage practitioner, and Homeopath, offering a comprehensive approach to pain relief, mobility, and deep relaxation. Her deep interest in anatomy and functional movement informs her practice, allowing her to tailor sessions that promote mobility, release tension, and restore balance in the body.

Passionate about empowering individuals on their self-care journey, Sylvana creates a nurturing space where students can develop strength, flexibility, and awareness while cultivating long-term well-being.

At our New Financial Year Reset, Sylvana will be taking us through a chair yoga session, teaching us how to incorporate movement into our everyday life, and how we can break up our day right from our desk.
