Tonight’s Vinyasa class is all about building strength and mobility through warrior poses and gentle twists helping you feel more stable, supported, and connected through your whole body.
Warriors fire up the legs and glutes, support hip stability, and build confidence in your stance.
Twists wake up the spine and core, improve posture, and help release tension we often hold through the lower back and hips.
This combination is powerful for:
• Improving hip mobility
• Building core strength
• Enhancing balance and body awareness
• Supporting better posture in everyday movement
Expect a steady, flowing sequence with options to modify or challenge yourself, finishing with time to slow down and reset the nervous system.
