Tonight’s Vinyasa class is all about building strength and mobility through warrior poses and gentle twists helping you feel more stable, supported, and connected through your whole body.

Warriors fire up the legs and glutes, support hip stability, and build confidence in your stance.
Twists wake up the spine and core, improve posture, and help release tension we often hold through the lower back and hips.

This is our first offering of the year, and a beautiful way to begin gently, intentionally, and with space to truly breathe.

If you’ve been feeling a little stretched thin, this afternoon is your invitation to step away from the noise and come back to yourself.

Pause & Replenish is a nourishing afternoon of slow yoga, grounding tree meditation, and shared nourishment created to help you pause, reflect, and refill your cup.

We’ll move through a calming, body-aware yoga practice to release tension and settle the nervous system, followed by a tree meditation to reconnect with steadiness, clarity, and inner strength. We’ll then close with simple, nourishing food, time to rest, reflect, and simply be.

This offering is for you if:
• You’re craving a few hours just for yourself
• You want space to reflect and reset as the year unfolds
• Life feels busy, full, or a little overwhelming

This practice is a sacred pause to release accumulated stress and reconnect with your natural flow. The hips, often linked to emotions and grounding, will be gently opened, while the shoulders — carriers of responsibility and weight — will be supported through mindful strengthening and mobility work.
