Return to the Heart is a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and come back home to yourself. This Hatha yoga class creates a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with the heart the centre of love, compassion, self-worth, and emotional balance.
Through slow, mindful movement and conscious breath, this practice encourages you to listen deeply to your body and honour where you are, just as you are. Rather than striving or pushing, we move with kindness, curiosity, and acceptance, allowing the body and heart to open naturally in their own time.
Designed especially for beginners (and for anyone craving gentleness and grounding), this class focuses on simple postures, gentle stretches, and steady breathing to calm the nervous system and cultivate inner safety. As the body softens, the heart begins to open. As the breath deepens, the mind finds space to rest.
This practice is an opportunity to reconnect with self-love, build confidence from within, and gently release tension held in the body and the emotional heart space. Each movement becomes an act of self-care, each breath a reminder that you are worthy of presence, softness, and love.
Through slow Hatha sequences, seated and standing postures, gentle heart-openers, breathwork, and moments of stillness, you’ll be guided to return to what truly matters your inner rhythm, your truth, your heart.
