As the year gently comes to a close, this nurturing Hatha class invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself through kindness and compassion. This practice is an offering of self-love — a space to release the heaviness of the past year, clear stagnant or negative energies, and prepare your body and heart for the new cycle ahead.

Through slow, mindful movements and grounding breathwork, we’ll create space for emotional release, self-forgiveness, and inner growth. Gentle stretches, supported postures, soft twists, and conscious breathing will help you let go of what no longer serves you, while reconnecting with your inner light.

This class is a gentle transition — from clearing to growing, from healing to shining.

A Flow & Roll class blends Vinyasa flow with MyoYin (myofascial release).

You’ll move through a gentle, breath-led Vinyasa flow to warm the body, build mobility, and create ease in movement. Then you’ll slow things down with MyoYin, using massage balls and longer holds to roll and release deep tension in the muscles and fascia.

This 75-minute Vin to Yin class blends gentle Vinyasa flow, long-held Yin postures, and a sprinkle of MyoYin using soft release techniques to help ease tight, tired backs.

We’ll move to:
✨ Warm and mobilise the spine
✨ Build gentle strength and awareness through flow
✨ Slow right down into deep stretches for the back, hips, and shoulders
✨ Use MyoYin techniques to target fascia and melt tension

As we approach the closing of the year, this gentle Hatha class invites you to slow down, soften, and consciously let go of what no longer serves you. Inspired by the snake shedding its old skin and the wisdom of the Chinese astrological sign, this practice is about release, renewal, and quiet transformation.

This 75-minute beginner-friendly Hatha class offers slow, mindful movements combined with grounding breathwork to support emotional release and inner clarity. We’ll explore gentle stretches, grounding postures, soft twists, and conscious breathing to help the body unwind and the mind settle.
