Hello and welcome to The Heart of the Community 💛

My name is Vicki, and I’m the founder of this new local directory created to connect families across the Tablelands and Far North Queensland with trusted disability supports and holistic wellness services.

This project is deeply personal to me. Through my daughter Chantelle, I’ve experienced firsthand how important it is to find support that is not only professional, but genuinely compassionate and person-centred.

The Heart of the Community is here to make it easier to discover:

✨ Allied health and community-based care
✨ Holistic practitioners and natural wellbeing services

I’m currently welcoming a small number of local providers and practitioners to join the directory during our launch phase.
