The 7 Laws of the Universe:
Law of Mentalism, Crown chakra — Everything in the universe is a creation of the mind; we create our own reality

Law of Correspondence, Third Eye chakra — Everything in the universe that is outside of us is a perfect reflection of what is inside of us, and vice versa

Law of Vibration, Throat chakra — Everything in the universe is vibration or frequency (pitch); this is how we work with mentalism and correspondence

Law of Rhythm, Heart chakra — All vibrations in the universe have a rhythm (wavelength / cycle) moving from high to low, or inside to outside; this is how we work with vibration

The word Reiki means universal vital life force energy that flows through all living things. A Reiki Master is a channel for this energy (also known as prana, ki or chi). When you receive this energy, healing begins. It is a deeply relaxing experience that reduces tension, and stress and eases pain. It revitalises and balances the energy centres (chakras) of the body enhancing and empowering you to heal yourself. The result is an overall sense of well-being and peace. It speeds the healing of injuries, gently realigns and detoxifies the body, and aids in the recovery from emotional trauma. Reiki healing can provide long-term relief because it heals at the source of illness, whether it is at the physical, emotional or mental level.

Healing Touch is a similar modality that is an energy based therapy. Conventional medical care is most often concerned with the physical body and thus focusing only on the physical body. Here we focus on holistic wellness and self-care to enhance well-being balancing the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical aspects of the person.

A typical session can go from 60-90 minutes depending on the clients needs. You remain fully clothed while the practitioner channels the energy with a gentle touch through a series of hand positions on or above the body.
