There are two more video classes on the website now. Visit www.therapyyoga.life/pre-recorded-classes-from-2016 to give them a go 😊 There's a 45 minute one, and a 60 minute one 😊

So there are a total of six classes there now for you to just stick on and follow along with, from 25 minutes to 70 minutes. They're downloadable too, so you can enjoy them if you are ever off-line.

I'm thinking of starting an online (zoom) Therapy Yoga class 🌟💜🙂 Monday nights 🙂 $15 🙂

If you would join the class if it was offered, could you please:
* let me know in the comments below;
* tell me if you prefer a 60, 75 or 90 min class? and
* tell me what time will be best for you on a Monday: 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm or 7.30pm? (This is QLD time, so southerners, add an hour cos you currently have daylight savings.)

Therapy Yoga is perfect for anyone who is looking to (re)connect with their body, perhaps feel a little bit better about themselves, maybe bring about a more whole experience of themselves... 😁😍🥰 It is perfect for the yoga beginner, for practitioners who've had a bit of a break and looking for a way to get back into a more asana based practice, for people recovering from injury, and for anyone who just wants to get to know their body, mind, themselves a little bit more 🥰🥰🥰
