Hey!

My name is Matilda. You may or may not have seen me around the gym a few times (but if you haven't, please dont be afraid to come say hi!)

I am a fully-qualified nutrition and body composition coach who has run my own coahcing businessn in Melbourne & the gold coast for 6 years.

I am sports nutrition qualified, have worked alongside people like hattie boydle and also used to compete in body building myself. I run a youtube channel (matilda ramos) and post free content to help people feel less lost in the gym!

Through my journey, I have helped many people just like you to break free of old habits and achieve their dream results.

My coaching style is a very wholistic one with a focus on looking just as good as you feel, something thay i felt was lacking in our traditional fitness culture - I emphasise the importance of both health AND hypertrophy.

My hope is that together, we can work to break free of any limiting beliefs you have around the gym, woth yourself and create a routine thay you LOVE. Because everyone deserves to feel sexy and healthy in their body.

Trinity Bay State High School will be hosting the Port Moresby Vipers Girls and Boys Academy Rugby League teams for a friendly exhibition match next Wednesday at Stan Williams Park. The Girls game will kick off at 3:30pm, followed by the Boys.
