Wow I just did the most amazing energy session with my client. It wasn't the planned session at all. I have been doing some work on unlocking hidden technology from the ancient times of lemuria and Atlantis. I wasn't really sure what I was going to do with what I learnt. But today I was lead to use it in a session and from it qe birthed a spirit animal from her spine. It was incredible. I am still in awe of it. Omg so tired after lunch today then boom a 20 minute yoga nidra and I am refreshed. Its like a mini nap, but not because ayurveda says sleeping during the day is one of the no no's that start the formation of early disease. But yoga nidra is not sleep but science has proven that just 20 minutes of it is equivalent to 3 hours of it..
