Let’s talk lymphatic system. What is it? You can look at it as the garbage truck in your body. It carries waste such as dead cells, blood, toxins, stress.. and more through your body in order for other systems and organs to expose of this waste correctly - by expelling it out the body!

As many of you already know I have changed my business name from Myo kneads to Align Remedial Health as this name is perfect for what I want to be able to help you with.

Align your body mind and spirit in the best suited way for you! Everybody is at a different stage in life on a different journey and not everyone needs the same but we all need to be aligned with ourselves in order to live our best lives - with as little to ideally no pain illness or disease.

I offer Remedial Massage working mainly with the physical muscular system and fascia, the Spinal Flow technique which focuses on getting your nervous system from sympathetic (fight or flight) into a parasympathetic healing state…

As of May I will also be doing somatic mobile classes twice a week and offering a limited amount of personal training addressing and focusing on postural imbalances and general wellness.
