Here you will be ever so gently guided into liminal space beyond time. Using your breath, your system will begin slowing down, preparing you for the journey ahead. Coherent sound frequencies will bathe your being, being heard first by the ears, then felt oscillating in the body. The rhythmic sounds of crystal singing bowls start to draw you to the still point, where things begin to shift, unravel & shake loose. Space has been created just for you, to rest, to be & to feel.

You already hold inside all which you seek outside - the space, the sound, the guidance, the ceremony is merely reminding you of what you already know.

From the New Year, I’m opening up Wednesdays for my Ayurvedic therapies and lifestyle consultations, and I’d love to share a little about what I do and how it might support you.

Ayurveda is a traditional system of natural medicine that looks at the whole person — your body, mind, energy, lifestyle and environment. My sessions are practical, grounding and very much tailored to you.

On Wednesdays I offer:

🌿 Personalised guidance using Ayurveda, yoga practices, and Australian Bush Flower Essences

The New Year can be a beautiful time to reset — not with pressure or perfection, but with small supportive shifts that help you feel more balanced, grounded and energised as the year unfolds.
