As some of you might know, at the start of this year I decided ( a little spur of the moment in true Vata style) to undertake a Grad Dip in Primary Teaching !

This possibly seems like a bit of a turnabout from Ayurveda, however my background and first degree is in Outdoor Education so it’s a bit of a return to my first love of teaching and working with kids !

I have no plans to close my Ayurvedic Practice, but just wanted to add another string to my bow and I’m ( mostly! ) enjoying studying again.

I will be closed for the next 4 weeks while I do my first prac at a school. It feels super scary to close for a month, in the 4 years since I opened my practice I don’t think I’ve closed for more than 10 days! My first day back is already booked up though, so just wanted to say a huge thank you to all my wonderful clients and everyone who follows along here. And thankyou for your patience !

I’ll be talking briefly about Ayurvedic Seasonal Regimen before Hannah leads us through a restorative Yoga practice ( suitable for all levels/ experience). We’ll finish the evening by sharing an Ayurvedic meal cooked by myself.

We'll begin the evening with a short introduction into Summer Ritucharya. This will be focused on understanding basic Ayurvedic principles or seasonal regimen & some easy takeaways you can incorporate at home. Following this Hannah will guide you through a Yoga practice, intentionally curated to promote balance and harmony in the body and mind during the summer season.
After class we will share a seasonal Ayurvedic meal ( cooked by myself) overlooking the beautiful surrounding farm & bushland.
