If you’re new to my page or don’t see much from me, I’m taking a break from herb shop offerings, seasonal herb boxes, workshops and community events in 2026.

I’m heading to Naarm in a few days until mid September, where I’ll be finishing off my Herbal Medicine studies at Torrens Uni.

I’ll miss my home and garden patch on the West coast, and I’ll no doubt be getting into all sorts of herbal trouble over east + building my clinical skills.

If you want to keep up, I reckon join my mail list. Social media sorta definitely is crashing and no one sees any of the good things anymore. If you’re on my mail list, you’ll hear from me about booking in at the student clinic (low cost appointments offered in person and on telehealth), and my eventual return to my previous offerings & all the new ones to pop up in future years.

My goal for 2026 is to throw myself into my studies and gain as many clinic skillz as possible whilst under in person supervision. Oh, learn to sew and to eat many bowls of noodles.

My long ass term goal is to open a clinic back here in WA with a strong focus on increasing folks access to herbal care through low cost services, with herbs grown and processed on the farm. If this sounds like something you want to see happen and support, hop over to my 🕸️ so I can reach ya via email. If you’re also a herbalist or nat who wants to join me, we should do that. 👀

Love ya.

After 2 full years of herb shop offerings, my herb garden and shop is going on a long hiatus. 🌼🥹

Here’s a collection of some of my favourite moments; heavily featuring my hilarious collection of private herb selfies from the garden and making bench..

Including: First harvests of plants I’ve waited a few years to grow and make with, harvest days with friends, community medicine making fundraisers, label making, herb tea blending, garden bed weeding, creating a new garden, marvelling at Calendula oil colour, raiding neighbours gardens for lavender, smelling roses, sitting in the garden observing, watching jars of tincture macerate with anticipation, packing your lil orders and so much more. Growing, making and sharing medicines with my community has brought so many moments of meaning and joy. These herbs have supported me so deeply along the way, with a small tincture bottle or pot of herbs always close by. 🍵

I look forward to coming back in 2027 with more offerings as a qualified community/clinical herbalist. For now, putting a close on this chapter of herb growth, making, experimenting, trial and error, and offering herbal medicines in this way. 😭

Thanks to everyone that has sent your support, orders, told friends, emailed me a love note, come to a workshop or market, asked questions, shared information and resources, sent herb stoke or just enjoyed from afar. ❤️‍🔥

We celebrated Solstice/Christmas with our gang at the social farm today and it was bloody special. 🎁❣️

We also wished a few members happy birthday, had an award ceremony (2nd year hit), shared food and secret santa game, harvested lots of produce and planted/staked/mulched and weeded vege.

We’re so thankful for each other and our magical little community food space. 🌿🥒

Celebrating this past year, another cracker on the community herbalism front. 🌼🌾

Pictured are my fave moments of:
❤️‍🔥 Solidarity herbal medicine medicine for 🇵🇸
❤️‍🔥 Hosting a few grassroots workshops in our wonderful garden & home
❤️‍🔥 Visiting and .h.w.b and being so generously hosted by Monica and Cara.
❤️‍🔥 Harvesting some wonderful crops with friends - Elecampane, Marshmallow, Ashwagandha, Chamomile, Oats and more
❤️‍🔥 Hosting a couple of workshops at .
❤️‍🔥 Passata making, pumpkin picking and community food growing with in its 3rd year!
❤️‍🔥 Completing 6 units and 4 trips to Naarm for uni, just 6 months (24 teaching weeks) until I’m a qualified herbalist (whuuuuut)
❤️‍🔥 Hanging out online in The Root Network hosted by my friend/mentor . I feel fortunate to be part of a space with such rad practitioners that are down to critique wellness and explore what it means to ‘be well’.

I’ll be closing up shop for most of 2026 to finish my studies, so I’m feeling particularly sentimental about the closing and pausing of this herb chapter. And very eager for the next.

For now, my shop is open online and you can scoop up a Seasonal Herbal Medicine box (4 left) for January, or pop down to on the 28th 9-12pm to say hi/bye and grab some herbal medicines.

Love you. ☘️

Hey herbs friends. This is defs the last round of herb boxes (even tho I said last round was) trust me.

7 left now. You know what to do! 🕸️

Expect a box of herbal deliciousness including cooking, moistening and supports for ours hearts over the holiday season. There’s a reallyyyy special (they all special) new remedy coming that’ll only be going in herb boxes as the herb shop will close early Jan for most of next year.

Tell them friends. Buy a gift for someone. Can possibly post before Xmaz (can I?)

The four month wait was worth it for this year’s Milky Oat Harvest. Sown in June and harvested October, these milky fresh oats in glycerine and now strained, bottled and ready for post + pick up for pre orders!

If you didn’t get a chance to preorder, you can still grab a bottle on my website or over at next week.

Oat medicine harvested at the ‘milky’ stage is a moistening, sweet nutritional herb, considered a ‘tonic’ for the nervous system.

This medicine taken in small regular doses may support a tired nervous systems, periods of stress, melancholy, difficulty sleeping, occipital headache, nervous digestion, menstrual headache, addiction recovery, recovery from illness, and concentration and focus.

This glycerite tastes sweet and grassy (surprise) with a light and pleasant texture.

Safe for kids, alcohol and sugar free. Not recommended for coeliac or strong gluten intolerance due to a gluten fraction present in oat.

My lil herb shop is closing.

Sorry for the click bait but it’s true! In 2 months i’m packing up life to finish my herb degree on the other side for a big chunk of the year, so herb growing, making and workshops wont be back for a good while.

I’m harvesting bucket loads of herbs erry week and there’s still plenty of medicine making happening.

What you can still order until January:

🌾 Milky Oat - tincture or glycerite will be strained 1-2 weeks and you can preorder this tasty nerve tonic/trophorestorative in big sizes.

🎁 January Herb Boxes - Sliding scale cost herbal medicine box filled with 4-5 medicines to support you over the warm season. Limited available so preorder soon. They always sell out.

🍵 Tinctures of Cali Poppy Sleep and Pain support, Burdock & Dandelion Bitter only 3 of each left.

🌼 Calendula Sun Oil & Salves. The sunniest coloured oil rich with skin soothing resins.

🫖 Dried Herbs - individual or blended herbs for your teapot or medicine making.

🫚 Marshmallow Root Glycerite - my favourite medicine all year, soothing demulcent and kid friendly glycerine for sore tummy and throat.

Tell your friends.
