If you’re getting enough sleep but still waking exhausted, there’s likely more going on.

A dysregulated nervous system doesn’t fully switch off. So even when you’re sleeping, your body isn’t fully restoring or repairing. There’s an undercurrent of survival running in the background.

Your body can’t restore while it doesn’t feel safe.

This is where Spinal Flow comes in. It works with your nervous system to create ease and reduce that survival response. Over time, as your system feels safer, the body can shift into deeper repair.

Creating a quieter inner space allows the body to slow down and begin healing. Taking the day for yourself to dim the noise of stress and external demands, it becomes easier to attune to what the body and emotions actually need. Creating quiet so they can be heard.

Retreat day is a day of softening and slowing, releasing layers of stress so you can return to a true sense of self, while supporting your nervous system, lymphatic health and everything that flows from there.

We guide you with healing sessions and movement, creating safety in the body to facilitate release of chemical, physical and emotional stress that has been held in the body for who knows how long!

Is this for me?

This retreat is all about you. It’s for women who are stretched thin but always show up for everyone else—and are ready to show up for themselves. If that resonates - then this is for you 🩵

If you’re worried about sitting in circle and sharing your experiences, please be assured, that everything is optional and there simply is no pressure to do anything in a particular way.

We have curated a day for your healing and care - everything is invitational so if you don’t want to share in circle, then you don’t. Super simple. Please just come with an open heart and mind and intention for yourself of what you want to get from the day.

The day is centred around nervous system and lymphatic system health through healing session, movement and guided rest, with simple delicious food.

Our next Spinal Flow Day Retreat is coming up on Sunday 8th February 🤍
Here are a few moments from our most recent event..

This day is for you if you’ve been feeling stressed, stretched, and you need a break.

It’s a full spacious day of self-care with a specific focus on supporting your nervous system and lymphatic system health, allowing the body to slow down, release and recalibrate.

Many participants shared that by the end of the day they felt lighter, more relaxed, more connected and attuned to their body, with a greater sense of inner calm.

If this resonates, and you’re longing to have a moment (full day) to yourself to connect back in, breathe a little deeper, and spend a day without distraction — this retreat has been created with you in mind.

From tension to relaxation — this is what happens when the body feels safe to let go.

The layers drop away and body softens. �
When we create the right conditions, the nervous system can slow right down so healing can happen. �
Breath deepens. Muscles let go. The face changes.�
It’s accessible to all of us at any time but that’s just the point - we don’t make the time.

This retreat day IS that time.. It’s a day just for you to listen to your body and connect back to yourself.

The Spinal Flow Retreat Day was a day of unwind and slowing down. 🤍

Everyone who came reported feeling significantly more relaxed than when they had arrived that morning.

It was a full day of healing, sharing and connecting into self. And delicious food from People left feeling lighter, more in tune with their body and emotions, breathing deeper; layers of stress and tension dissolved and awareness of changes to posture.

You are enough.

The lead-up to Christmas has a way of pulling attention outward. This one day can take up more space than it needs to, and it’s easy to lose your footing for a moment.

This season typically brings a mix of pressure, old patterns, and unexpected emotional triggers to the surface — the body’s way of communicating.

It’s not a sign that something is wrong, even though it might feel that way. It’s a nervous system responding to intensity.

Moments of breath, sensation, or stillness help the body stay connected and resourced as things feel full.

Perhaps this is the year to recognise that enough has already been done?

Perfection isn’t required this year. A steadier, more relaxed version of you is far more valuable — to yourself and to the people around you.

Regulation

The Summer Solstice marks a turning point — the height of light, energy, and outward movement.

It can be stirring and so for the nervous system, regulation is about staying steady through intensity of it all- especially with the added (potential) underlying pressures of Christmas approaching.

It feels like every shop I go into, someone asks “Are you ready for Christmas?” — and, although well intentioned, for many nervous systems, that question alone can stir a sense of urgency or unease, even when everything is actually fine.
�Feeling all the feels can happen alongside staying present and connected, even as things feel full — without tipping into overdrive or collapse.

If today has felt expansive, energising, tender, or a little overwhelming, it all makes perfect sense as your body is tunes in and communicates.

I give myself permission 🖤

So many of us live in a constant state of pushing, explaining, proving, or holding it all together.

But the body doesn’t heal or regulate through pressure.

Giving yourself permission to pause, to listen, to say no, to rest, or to slow down enough to hear your own rhythm isn’t indulgent.
It’s regulation, and integrity, and self-respecting.

You don’t need to get it all right all the time.

A gentle invitation for you as the weekend begins 🖤
