We might be starting to recognise the emergence of some COVID Fatigue - the strain that comes from constant stress.

Sharing our understanding, attending to your mental health and supporting each other is increasingly important as the progressive impacts of chronic stress emerge.

We have embarked on producing a series of posters about Staying Mentally Healthy whilst Navigating COVID 19. We know community support is essential during times of struggle and as a local service we see this is one way we can contribute to the community.
